Return Policy

 

At airbrushsuperstore.com.au you enjoy a 100% customer satisfaction policy. We select the highest quality unique goods to offer you in an easy and safe environment to make shopping fun. If you are not happy with any product you have received, we will happily organise a refund or exchange as long as the goods are returned in a saleable condition. However, please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.  

Please note that you must retain your receipt for evidence of purchase in all circumstances and goods MUST be returned in a saleable condition.

Unless faulty, the following items are excluded from return:
  • CDs
  • DVDs
  • Items redeemed with ABSS member points
  • Sale Items

    When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event that goods goes missing in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

    Except where required by law, all returned products must be:
  • 1. Unused, unopened and in original condition
  • 2. Undamaged
  • 3. Returned within 10 days of delivery
  • 4. In a saleable condition upon return

     
    Damaged or Faulty Items

     

    It is a condition of each item's warranty that you securely pack the faulty or damaged item so that it can be returned to us via a transport carrier. We strongly recommend you retain the packaging your items comes in so that, in the unlikely event that you will need to return an item for repair or replacement, you will have adequate packaging available to do so. If you dispose of the packaging then it will be your responsibility to source alternative adequate packaging to use to return the item.

     

    PLEASE ENSURE that the return of ANY goods classifies as Dangerous Goods (DG) are packaged and couriered by a Dangerous Goods certified carrier and meet all Dangerous Goods Packing requirements. Any Goods, including Dangerous Goods returned to Airbrush Superstore are solely the responsibility of the sender. Airbrush Superstore takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for the packing or sending of goods RETURNED to Airbrush Superstore.
     

    Procedure for Claims

    If returning the product please include the following information on the outside of your return package:

    • The original order number
    • Your Full Name and contact details
    • All Accessories that came with your purchase

     

    Exclusions

    Repairs, replacements or refunds do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product.

    If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed, to the extent permitted by relevant legislation, we expressly exclude any liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including for loss of revenue or loss of use) arising from or in any way relating to the purchase or use of the product.

    To the extent permitted by law, this will only apply to products used for personal / private use. The use of products purchased from us for commercial purposes will result in the warranty being voided.



    In the event of a return by you, we will refund product only, your initial delivery fee will not be refunded. An exchange may incur a re-delivery fee depending on the item/manufacturer.

    Products purchased in conjunction with a promotion, free or bonus offer, must be returned style with the additional items included for a full refund.
