Shipping Policy
Please be aware that our products are often shipped from different locations.
All Australian orders are sent by Australian Post, Australia Post Parcel Post and Dangerous Goods are sent by specialised courier. The usual delivery time once your order has been shipped is 2-5 days to most metropolitan areas.
Please do not use P.O. Box addresses. We can only ship orders to the billing address that the credit card company has listed for your card, those are the rules of the credit card companies.
Delivery Destinations
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise notified.

Shipping Destinations
Airbrush Superstore ships goods to Australia and New Zealand. However please note that we do NOT ship solvent base products (i.e. DNA and House of Kolor) outside of Australia. Please e-mail us at sales@airbrushsuperstore.com.au if you feel you have a special order.

Please note we currently ship only within Australia and New Zealand, not internationally, sorry.

All orders usually ship within 24 hours unless the item is back ordered (in which case every effort will be made to get your back-ordered products to you as soon as possible). Every effort is made to keep all items in stock.
If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you and give you an indication of arrival and delivery time frames.
